I have taken common English language phrases and phonetically spelt these out for Spanish speakers. The resulting text works appear familiar but are disorientating for Western English readers to decipher. Thus, the English language becomes inverted with Spanish speakers able to fluently assimilate my written texts, while leaving Anglo-speakers to struggle. Phrases such as “JU KERES” or “who cares” epitomize these new structural values and play.
